In the face of the 2020 hospitality industry crisis, Roger channeled his resilience into founding Maple Tree Marketing. What started as a venture built on relationships and reputation has grown into a robust agency with a team of 14, serving approximately 180 clients across the US, the Caribbean, and Mexico. The expansion into restaurant marketing and diversification across industries is a clear indicator of the company’s adaptability and success.
