We run a series of interviews with the Webvizio executive team and came up with solid ICP and customer personas profiles. We also identified key customer pain points and build a solid marketing activities mix aimed at getting fast traction for user base growth.  We ran detailed keyword research and identified specific areas for content marketing activities focus. Based on this, we came up with a content marketing plan. We transformed business KPIs into a detailed forecast of key traffic and financial metrics and came up with the marketing roadmap and budget that Webvizio can use for managing investors’ relationships.

After we became clear on the ICP profile, we designed a detailed User Journey addressing the Champion’s and Decision Maker’s roles pain points, and interaction flow. We collected both on-site and off-site experiences we need to deliver to both segments, and mapped them out alongside with planned promotion activities.

Jump-starting SEO and content marketing efforts

Webvizio has a new website that lacked technical SEO. We provided detailed recommendations on what needs to be fixed, and then optimized the key website pages for targeted keywords. With our recommendations, and their target customers in mind, the Webvizio team implemented an updated website structure. They released the Features pages section which we enriched with targeted keywords. This boosted their organic visibility, driving sky-rocketing keyword growth.
